Those who discontinue the course have to remit full fees for getting the certificates and T.C.
6. Caution Deposit :
a. Every student on admission shall be liable to pay caution deposit at the rates shown
below along with the first instalment of Tuition fee and other special fees.

b. At the end of the particular course of study - two or three years as the case may be, the
caution deposit will be refunded to them on receipt of application from students in the
prescribed form along with original receipt for the remittance of caution deposit, and
after adjusting the dues, if any, on account of
1. Loss of Library books.
2. Recovery of fine or breakage of laboratory equipment and
3. Any other loss caused to the properties of the college.
If the caution deposit is less than the amount to be exacted from the students, the
balance amount will be collected by other means as the Principal may decide.
c. If any student leaves the college or discontinues with the course of study his/her
caution deposit shall be refunded after adjusting dues within one year from the date of
completion of the final year class.
d. If the caution deposit money is not claimed within one year after the completion of the
course a notification to this effect will be published in a daily and such amount will be
forefeited & remitted to the Govt. A/c.
 
RULES FOR COLLECTION OF FEES
1. Tuition fee and special fee will be collected on the date of admission from the B.A, B.Sc,
B.Com, BBA, BCA & P.G. students. Second and final year students shall remit the tuition
fee and special fee with in a period of seven consecutive working days beginning from
the reopening of the college.
2. Tuition fee can also be remitted in 3 term basis commencing from June to February on
or before the 7th consecutive working day of the concerned term.
3. If any student fails to pay tuition or special fee on the due date, he/she shall be liable
to pay a fine of Rs. 5/- along with the fees on or before the seventh day after the due
date and thereafter for 7 days at the rate of Rs. 10/-. A re-admission fee of Rs. 50/- is to
be remitted after the due date with fine of Rs. 10/-
4. Consequences of Non-payment of fees.
If the fees or special fees with the fine of Rs. 5/- is not paid on or before the last date
fixed for the fine of Rs.5/-, an additional fine of rupees 5/- shall be paid. If the fees and
fines of an instalment are not paid before the last opportunity given for payment of
the instalment the name of the student shall be removed from the rolls of the college
with effect from the date following the expiry of this period and student shall not
get the benefit of attendance from the date of removal from the rolls of the college. If
the student is to be re-admitted he/she has to apply for the special permission of the
Principal with a re-admission fee of Rs. 50/- and also has to remit all the arrears of fees
with fine. The re-admitted student shall get the benefit of attendance only from the
date of re-admission.
5. If a student fails to settle all the dues to the college on or before the last date prescribed,
he/she will not be allowed to write the University Examination or promoted to the
higher class as the case may be.
6. Students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other eligible communities
are eligible for full fee concession and stipend provided they submit application in the
prescribed form.
7. Students desirous of discontinuing their studies should inform the Principal in writing
with the recommendation of the guardian so as to get their names removed from the
rolls and get exemption from the payment of tuition fee for the remaining terms. No
Transfer Certificate will be issued to those students who are to pay dues to the college.
8. Poor students of other backward communities as per the list published by the Harijan
Welfare Department are eligible for full fee concession. They will have to produce the
nativity and income certificate from the Village Officer in the prescribed form.
The income limit for the above concession
Degree Classes Rs. 1,00,000 per annum.
P.G. Classes Rs. 1,00,000 per annum
9. Time of collection of fees : Fees will be collected in the office on the due date during the
following hours.
Fore-noon - 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
After-noon - 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
While remitting the tuition fee for the IInd instalment, the receipt of the previous
instalment paid should be produced.
