Section 4 (1) (b) of RTI Act 2005 covers the statutory declaration of St.Mary’s College, Sulthan Bathery. Wayanad, Kerala, India, 673592.

St.Mary’s College is a government-aided Christian minority institution of Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church. The college is affiliated to the University of Calicut and offers 11 undergraduate and 9 postgraduate courses. It has 5 research departments out of 15. The College runs as per the rules and regulations put forth by the government of Kerala. The college has a governing body and academic council which carry out major decisions. The financial transactions are audited by collegiate education and UGC. Various committees and cells are also available for further support and to maintain discipline in the college. Any information required is open to public and can be procured by application under the RTI Act along with a postal order or demand draft of Rs.10/- obtained in favor of The Principal, St.Mary’s College, Sulthan Bathery and can be sent either to the Public Information Officer or Assistant Public Information officer or can be handed over in person to their office.
