Dairy

Attached to the Hostels is the auxiliary facility of a dairy.

Most of the live stock are of hybrid varieties for special concern for milk production.

However, a few are of special low yielding ethnic varieties which are known for the medicinal properties in the milk produced.

The dairy is organic in nature.

The dairy is helpful in maintaing a Bio Gas Plant.

The produced milk is consumed in the hostels.

The gas from the bio plant also is consumed at home.
